Rita Ginsberg
Fine Art & Pet Portraits
Painting my world in pastel
About

.jpg)
Rita’s journey as an artist began in her twenty’s drawing portraits in pencil and charcoal. She worked as a graphic designer for printing companies for many years. Finding time to develop her love of art was limited while raising three children and working full time.
Now retired, she devotes her time to the enjoyment of pastel painting. After discovering pastel, it became her favorite medium of choice. She enjoys painting a variety of wildlife birds, landscapes of the Lowcountry, coastal seascapes, and domestic animals. She accepts commission work for pet portraits and fine art requests.
Rita has a studio in her home in the Lowcountry of South Carolina where she lives. She currently displays much of her artwork for sale at Perspective Gallery, 1055 Johnnie Dodds Blvd Suite 50, Mt. Pleasant SC 29464, 843-800-5025. If you wish to visit the gallery to see any work on this website listed as available at the gallery, please call the gallery to ensure that the work is in the gallery when you visit.
